How do I book your cleaning service?
Simply email us or call Sue on 0416 975 686 to enquire and confirm your booking. The day before your clean we will send a reminder text confirming time, property access and any special cleaning instructions.
Can I book for a weekend clean?
Yes, we are available for weekend bookings! No surcharge at all.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
To cancel a booking simply email or call Sue on 0416 975 686. Out of courtesy we require 24 hours notice.
How or when do I pay?
For your convenience, we accept payment via Cash, Direct Deposit and all major Credit Cards. Our mobile card readers allow us to accept payments on the go. No need to enter your payments at time of booking. Our payment terms are strictly after your professional clean has been completed and you are satisfied with the job/ cleaner released.
Do I have to be present during cleaning?
No, absolutely not! It’s your choice to stay around or head out for a cup of coffee. Just leave us a key and we’ll get your house cleaned! At the end of the clean, we require you to inspect the job completed to make sure that we cleaned to your satisfaction before you make a payment.
How long will it take clean my home?
It depends on the condition of your home, specific requests and whether a team of 1 or 2 cleaners are present. We normally send a team of 1 person for smaller jobs (Studio/1BR/2BR). As a guide, take the number of bedrooms you have and turn that into hours. Eg. 2 Bedrooms = 2+ hours. We accept a minimum 2 hour bookings.
What service are not included?
Due to the health and safety of our staff, we don’t offer cleaning of chandeliers, light bulbs, bio-hazards (chemical spills, mould, etc..), hoarding, animal waste, high reach areas (more than 2 step ladder), putting away dishes, cleaning high exterior windows, large furniture moving, and large scale trash disposal.
Do you guarantee a quality service?
Absolutely! After your clean, we ask that you inspect the work our team have done. Should we miss out anything your cleaner will be happy to fix the problem before you pay and let them go.
